Orders/Payment Terms

The Service provides you with the ability to submit orders for products and services ("Order(s)"), and you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order, including, without limitation, your credit card or debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S), DEBIT CARD(S), CHECKING ACCOUNTS, OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION AND THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IN ANY FINANCING APPLICATION IS TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Service, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges. You are also responsible for any taxes applicable to your Order.

We will arrange for the products to be shipped to you. Please refer to the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

You are solely responsible for the payment information and any other content you submit on or through the Service in connection with your Order ("Payment Information"). We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to decline any part of the Payment Information for any reason.

We strive to accurately describe our merchandise, including pictures and photographs of our products; however, products may vary slightly from their pictures or descriptions due to changes made by our manufacturers. In such an event, if available, Hearmonic will offer you the option to complete your Order at the correct price or cancel your Order without penalty.

You must be over 18 years old and entitled to purchase a hearing aid device to place an order.

Reselling Products Prohibited

You are strictly prohibited from reselling any products you purchase from or through Hearmonic, regardless of whether you purchased the products directly through the Service. You represent and warrant that your purchase of products from the Service is for your personal use only, and not for the purpose of resale or export.

 

Using your phone number 

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing SMS text messages from Hearmonic at the number provided, including automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. 

45-Day Right to Return 

If you are not satisfied with your Hearmonic hearing aid device, you have the option to return the device within Forty-five (45) days after delivery. Accessories cannot be returned for a refund. Provided that the device has not been damaged or modified (including repairs without our prior written consent), we will issue a refund of the purchase price to the account used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of the device. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase on the Service. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
