Shipping Policy

At Hearmonic, we’re committed to getting our hearing aids to you as quickly as possible so you can start experiencing improved hearing as soon as possible.

Order Processing: We process orders within 2-3 business days.  

Shipping Method: Hearing aids are dispatched via UPS Next Day Air delivery, though please be aware that unexpected delays may occur.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and federal holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available business day.

Accessories: Accessories ordered without hearing aids are shipped via Ground service to maintain low costs for our customers.

Tracking: Tracking details are provided for all orders. Hearmonic cannot assume liability for lost orders once tracking status confirms delivery.

Address Accuracy: A complete and accurate shipping address is essential for successful delivery. Hearmonic is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete addresses entered by customers.

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Order Issues: Please report any issues with your delivery or order within 72 hours of receipt.

Order Cancellation: Hearmonic.com reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. For orders already in processing, cancellation of shipment may not be possible.
