Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your Hearmonic hearing aids, you may return them within 120 days after delivery for a full refund.
Please note that refunds are only available for hearing aids; accessories are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, the hearing aids must be undamaged and returned with the hearing aid charger.
Refunds will be processed after receiving the product back and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take 5-10 days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
To initiate a return, please contact Hearmonic at Support@hearmonic.com to request a pre-paid UPS return label.
Alternatively, you can ship the hearing aids back to us. We are unable to refund shipping labels purchased by customers.
